Alrighty...I know I've left this place dormant for quite a while, and I'm very sorry. m(_ _)m I found myself with less time than I anticipated. But now things are better! ^__^ I can finally get serious about this.

So, to start off, here are some guidelines to follow when submitting:

- Make sure your intended submission is something that you can actually send to me in some form...basically, this just eliminates live animals and really big things like giant stuffed animals or yourself. ^^; No big surprise there, though, right? You can always take a snapshot of something you wish you could send and include the picture in its place.

- No potentially offensive images or language, PLEASE. This means no nudity/sex or excessive violence in pictures or stories, and try not to use much profanity. Not too hard, I don't think. I just want to be sure the way we come off is respectable and that the guys won't be offended when they open their book. ^_^

- Try to put some actual thought into your submission(s). If you just want to say something like "OMGZ i <3 RYOHEIII he is sooo AWESOME!! \^_^/", please don't do that here. You can write that on a BBS. But this certainly doesn't mean I'll reject what you send simply because it's short. Sometimes simple is best. Just use your best judgment and don't write like a crazy person. ^^;

- On that note, try to write as best you can. I don't expect everyone to be masters of grammar, but I want the band to be able to understand what you're saying. Translating is made easier when the raw content is clear. ^__^

That's about all I have to ask...if I think of anything else, I'll be sure to update you with the details. With all this in mind, feel free to post any submissions whenever you like. The deadline's not set yet, so there's plenty of time. ^__^

So, regarding the direction of this project - I think I've not been very clear. ^^; Sorry about that.

Anyway, I'm hoping to have at least a few hand-written (or hand-drawn) submissions (i.e. ones sent through the mail to my house). It's more personal that way, I think. I know I'm going to write mine out on paper for sure. ^^;

I'm going to leave the guidelines relatively ambiguous. Hopefully, that will allow you to be creative and not limit you much. One thing is for sure: there will be no maximum number of submissions per person, and letters may be as long as you like.

All of this does not mean that I will not accept submissions by e-mail, however. Use whichever method of submission you prefer. Just remember that my printer is somewhat old, so image quality is not always very good. It might be better to print on your own if you have a digital image to include.

If it happens that shipping costs are an issue, I may offer to pay for it myself. I want everyone who is interested to be able to participate. ^__^

If you have any ideas or suggestions, please share them! This is not just for me, remember. ^_~

Hello everyone, and welcome to the "home base" of our Ayabie Fanbook in the making! ^__^

So, to start off, I should probably answer the question: What is a fanbook, exactly? Simply put, it's a collection of messages, pictures, and any number of other things (gifts, etc.) put together by fans in order to be sent to a band. In short, it's one way to show your support for the band you love even if you can't go to their live shows and whatnot.

How does this collective effort make it into one tidy little package? That's where I come in. As the organizer of this project, I will be taking submissions (for a yet-undetermined amount of time) both by e-mail and by traditional mail (I will give my actual mailing address only to those who have something ready to be sent) from anyone who wishes to give the band a greeting or gift. Soon I will have the guidelines for submissions up to give you an idea of what you might want to contribute. For the most part, all letters, drawings, photos, et cetera will be accepted unless deemed inappropriate.

You will be contacted if your submission does not meet the guidelines and offered a chance to change and resubmit it, within reason.

And by all means, go ahead and make more than one contribution! If you want to submit a drawing and a photo and a letter, please do! I'll do my best to place them together when the actual book is made. ^__^

More information will be added with time, so please check back soon. Any questions can be addressed to me, anon_99. All of my contact info is listed in my profile, so there is no reason you shouldn't be able to reach me if you need to. The quickest method of getting in touch is generally leaving a comment on something I've posted. I check my Yahoo! e-mail account several times a day, so I should see it.

I hope you will help me to make this project a success! ^__^
